Recording clients message

I would like to give the Callingparty the opportunity to leave a message ( like an answering machine ) after the message is recorded is is emailed to a dedicated account where it will be handled by some of our agents.

I'm currenlty busy with the first step , recording the prompts , I guess i need to use the "Record" step , but it's not clear to me how i define the filename and how i tell where the file should be stored. Hoping to get some assistance.

I have this problem too.

Here's a script for UCCX 4.0(5) which allows the user to record a prompt, hear it played back, and elect to store it, which results in the WAV file being e-mailed to the designated recipient. We use this to allow customers to record their own prompts which are subsequently uploaded to the system.

You will need UCCX Premium to use the steps to send e-mail.
