Restriction of calls on an analog phone

Hi all,

I have a cisco 2821 router as voice gateway with an IOS version 12.4(3f). This router has an EVM-HD-8FXS/DID module and 2 EM-HDA-6FXO cards. I have connected an analog phone on the FXS port 2/0/1.

I type the following commands:

voice-port 2/0/1

cptone FR

and the dial-peer:

dial-peer voice 6888 pots

destination-pattern 6888

port 2/0/1

I create a route pattern on my CCM 4.1.3

Now the analog phone can communicate with the IP phone and vice versa.

My problem is that I want to restrict the calls from the analog phone, for eg I don't want analog phone to call the numbers beginning with 7. How can I configure the router for this purpose ?

Can someone help me ?

That can be done with COR:

The alternative is you configure the FXS port as an SCCP endpoint, doing so case you would be able to configure the port as an ip phone, with all the limitations you want, plus all the features. See:

Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!
