We are deploying a new 6.0 CUPS system and ran across an issue with a customer testing it out. When they try to dial using the outlook contacts quick dial it fails, bad number. It doesnt display what the number is being dialed as though. When I look at the outlook contacts, the number is put in with +1 automatically. The on ly way I can get it to dial correctly is if I delete the number in the contact, save and close, then go back in and add the number with the 91xxxxxxxxxx format and save and close, then it will dial. Problem is, the customer has several hundred contacts already in their clients and does not favor the idea of having to go into each and every contact to change their phone numbers. What can be done to resolve the dialing problems?
