The voice port pauses indefinitely in the FXSLS_PARK state on router 1760 to version 12.4(17).
In the version 12.3T the problems dont appears.

I think you are running into a problem with the PVDM. Can you paste the output of the following test command with 'terminal monitor' enabled:
test voice port ; also get a 'show diag' as well.

We have the same problem, probably a bug with PVDM, downgrade to 12.3(11)T
