May be the problem is in MTP resource. Check the Transcode is register, if not reset the transcoder (hardware). If not working, paste your trace.

Is this the first instance where calls have failed which are directed to either CTI Route Points or CTI Ports which are of unknown status? Or this something which has occurred recently? Is internal calls or external calls to the RP which fail or is it both.


If the later is the case, then this would suggest a CSS problem have tried DNA this would confirm one way or the other.
