Can someone provide a pointer for forwarding calls directly to someone's voicemail instead of ringing their extension?

Add a CTI RP with *XXXX and CallFwdALL to Voicemail

make sure your default voicemail profile has mailbox mask XXXX listed or this won't work.

You can set it up so that users can dial * before the extension to send it directly to voice mail. Just create a CTI route for *XXXX and forward all to VM.
