Dears,

I connected cisco 3800 router with ericsson MD110 exchange using QSIG over E1 Pri. Calls are forwarding properly over ip network but few features are not being enabled specially CLI feature. I found a documnet where a command "caller-id enable" was issue in voice-port interface. But i go in this mode using command voice-port 1/0:15, no command caller-id find. My topology is below:

MD110 PBX ----3845---------3825----MD110 PBX

Waiting for immediate positive response.

Hi,

you PBX is not sending calling number:

Calling Party Number i = 0x01A1, N/A

This can happen for example if the PBX was configured to be connected to PST and not send the calling number.

You need to have the PBX configured to send calling number. Unless this is done, router will never be able to display it.

As I mentioned you need to upgrade to 12.4(11)XJ4 , after that the command will be available, and should resolve your issue.

Thanks buddy for your help. Yes that was the issue because pbx was not sending calling id. pbx operator did some configuration and it started working. But for you information, calling number keep visible on display even if i configure command "no qsig decode" in voice service voip mode..Thanks again...
