Cant see NME-AIR-WLC12-K9 ???

I just fired up a new 2821 ISR with an NME-AIR-WLC12-K9 in slot 1. Problem is, I can't see the controller. Neither sh hard nor sh run show any indication that the controller is present. What stupid little thing am I missing?

Router is running c2800nm-advsecurityk9-mz.124-16a.bin.

Hi Mark,

I think it is the IOS;

Routers: Cisco IOS Software Release 12.4(3)T and later (from what I have read and seen the T is very important)

From this doc;
