Are there any known bugs for the Outlook plug-in feature for "Check Availability" when scheduling a meeting?
I have 2 versions that have been tested and the behavior is the same where a meeting is scheduled & when checking for availability the time for the meeting is behind by 2 hrs compared to the original scheduled time in the form. MS Office 2003 is being used.
Outlook versions are 5.3.0.132 & 5.3.0.138.
The MP servers were fully patched for DST last spring and 5.3.0.132 functioned properly on DST patched work stations.

Make sure that your MeetingPlace profile has the correct time zone selected. That may be your issue.

The timezone is set for America/New York which is correct for EST.
The DST patching is up to date for both servers and I'm trying to confirm the functionality for the plug-in only.
Shouldn't the plug-in dynamically take the requested scheduled time and show it in the window body? It does show in bold on the left side of the window but not the body.

IMHO you should upgrade all plug-ins to 5.3.0.225. One of fixes included in version 5.3.0.225 is: "Reopened CSCsb90679: Outlook notification header shows incorrect meeting start time".
Here's link to readme:

The MPWeb installed version is 5.3.333 and the config client plug-in 5.3.0.138 was generated using that updated version.
MP for Outlook is installed for front end services/scheduling form only and I'm using SMTP GW for the back end services.
I'm trying to verify whether the check availability function in the plug-in is affected by a bug but I'm not sure.

if you are having DST issues with MP for outlook, a new version of the CDO.DLL file needs to be installed on the outlook gateway. You can get the file from the exchange admin and have them help u load on the Outlook Gateway.
