I have configured Syslog Collector to save changes to my LMS managed devices. However I have observed that the Syslog Collector gets unsubscribed own its own.
Could there any conflicting process responsible for that?
Is there any process/tools within RME we can verify or alerted(Email) by to check the status of Syslog Collector w/o browsing to the page of:RME/TOOLS/Syslog ?

Hi.
Check the number of "Automated Actions" you have configured, and if you have a large number, try dropping that to a minimum amount. I've seen situations recently where a large number of syslog messages incoming, combined with a large number of Automated Actions configured has sometimes caused subscription problems.
