I am having trouble setting up Device notification for SMTP. I followed the instructions in the Admin Guide but it is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Workaround/Solution
Download the MeetingPlace SMTP 4.2.1.24 hot fix from the Customer Support Resource Center.
Stop the MeetingPlace SMTP and Notification Gateway service.
Run the MeetingPlaceE-mailGateway.exe to install the new SMTP gateway.
Restart the gateway machine.

Thanks for the info but this is not a meeting place problem. It is a problem with Unity sending device notifications to smtp. Does this apply to the unity problem as well? I didn't see any services on my unity box with the above mentioned services.
Thanks again!

If you are going to Exchange did you set the relay correctly?

In Exchange or at the Unity server? From following the instructions I saw nothing about setting a relay.
