would this constitute spoofing?

We have all our network devices in the address space in Boston. A separate router is in NY City and will be readressed to for easier inband mgmt. There's a firewall in Boston and I was wondering once we readdressed the router in NYC to, would not the fw drop the packets sourced by this router as spoofing?

I have this problem too.

No it wouldn't be considered a spoofed address from the Boston Firewalls perspective as the local address range is - and obviously doesn't include Make sure the firewall has a route to pointing out the correct interface.
