Dears,
I have this problem:
I configured my AS5400 as my voice GW and it is running wellâ¦.now I have calls from and to other International carriers with prefix (962) and I can see my Destination prefix in my CDR please see attached Carries file.
My problem with AS5400 for calls from & to my LOCAL national telecom company called (JT) that if I have call from JT to my Softswitch (has number 43000000) or vice versa I could not see the prefix in my CDR please see Jordan Telecom file for details, but the calls are running well with customers just I need to create and add the prefix (962) to my local calls here in Jordan (from JT to my Softswitch or vice versa) remember my international calls have the right prefix in the CDR so no problem withâ¦just my problem with local calls.
Example:
1. International call is running well.
Dialed number Destination prefix
33497231267 33
2. National call is not running well there is no prefix 962 for this call I need to appear and let AS5400 to send it to my Billing system.
Dialed number Source number
43000001 65511096
Dialed number Source number
65511096 43000001
I need for records to have my prefix 962 with all records:
Dialed number Source number
962- 43000001 962- 65511096
Dialed number Source number
962- 65511096 962- 43000001
any suggestions?
thank you.
