Morning all,
We have inherited a Call manager CCM4.2(1) from another company. I have a fault where the users at our site have noticed that the Voice making announcements on the telephone system varies between a US and a UK accent depending on the function selected.
I have asked to open a TAC case, but they require the Serial number of the CCM.
Any ideas how I would go about getting the serial number from the CCM itself?
Regards
Angus

Hi Angus,
The Serial number for most MCS Servers is on the Front Left shown vertically by the Drives. You can use this tool for info on the specific MCS Model;

Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
The server is 200 miles from me, I only have a Remote desktop to the server.
Cheers

Hey Angus,
Well, better grab a big coffee and hit the road :) Just kidding! I will check for another method.
