We are having CCM 4.1(3) SR2 through the export CDR/CMR we are not able to generate reports in a PDF format but we are able to get in CSV format
Any suggestions

1) What is the maximum date of CDR records in the CDR db?
2) What is the total number of records in CallDetailRecord and CallDetailRecordDiagnostic tables of the CDR db.
3) Can you please check to see if there are CDR records in the bad folder -C:\Program Files\Cisco\CallDetail\BAD. If so, how many files?
