I can add one and only one billing application server from CCM CDR manager, but can not add the 2nd one. Why ? In the manua, CCM 5.1 can support up to 3 billing application servers.
Paste a snapshot of the Billing Application Server Parameters being used. Are you using the IP address of the Billing Server, or attempting to use a hostname?
I use IP Address of Billing Server, and when complete the entering of parameter, save the configuration, then the Web Screen seems hung for a long time. It does not display the update successfull or error messages.
