Hi,i would like to know how one can set limits per user on the cisco callmanager i.e a user can only place a calls upto a specific limit.
Please help on this,i'll appreciate any kind of help from you guys.

CCM doesnt provide this functionality.
You may contact your AM to add this functionality in a future or perhaps look for a CTI app that controls the phone and monitors it.
