Some one can show the procedure to use configure SNMPv3, I want to manage Aps ans switchs using the v3

the following cli commands you can use on the switches and AP.

snmp-server community RO

snmp-server community RW

snmp-server group v3 auth

snmp-server user v3 auth md5

Hi Omar,

depending on you devices - i assume IOS - you should read the followinf document.

The link provided from bvsnarayana03 is for CATOS!

In the post of sathappan he mentions the following:

snmp-server community RO

snmp-server community RW

But this enabels SNMP v1 or v2.

Read the document carefully and you will be able to setup a pur SNMPv3 environment
