Delay outgoing call setup

Hi,

I have a problem after reload the router 2801 with CME. The configuration was saved(wr) but now it doesn't work. The customer says that there is a delay about 12 seconsd when they try to establish an outgoing call. I checked the configuration and timeout interdigit is ok. Any idea?

Looks like bug - CSCsb87655, Paste Sh run, sh ver and debug isdn q 931.
