Hello,
I have a Cisco 2600 series router, IOS got erased. Router rebooted into rommon mode.
When i run the "set" command i see ip address and tftp server ip all defined. What i wanted to do is erase the already configured ip addresses on the router under rommon "set" and start from the scratch.
Can someone guide me as to which command will erase everything in rommon mode under "set" command the ip addresses of tftp and default gateway...It's urgent...
Thanks...

It has been quite a while since I have done it and if someone has a better answer based on recent experience that would be good. But my memory is that there is not a command that just erases the set parameters and starts over but that you just do the set for address and specify a new address, or a new set for tftp server, or a new set for whichever parameter that you want to change.

Thanks Rick for your reply.
Found it. Any one who is interested. Following is what is needed
(Syntax: "VARIABLE_NAME=value" and use "set" to show current variables.)
"ctrl-c" or "break" stops the transfer before flash erase begins.
The following variables are REQUIRED to be set for tftpdnld:
IP_ADDRESS: The IP address for this unit
IP_SUBNET_MASK: The subnet mask for this unit
DEFAULT_GATEWAY: The default gateway for this unit
TFTP_SERVER: The IP address of the server to fetch from
TFTP_FILE: The filename to fetch
Thanks,
Hassan...
