Do you mean the users have port 8080 in the Proxy settings under the web browser?

OK. The ISA server does two things, it provides the firewall (which I understand you are replacing) however it is also being uses as a proxy server (hence the 8080 in the proxy config). AFAIK an ASA does not natively provide proxy services. You can either keep the ISA as a proxy only, put in a new proxy (like Squid), or remove the proxy all together. What Cisco does support is WCCP ( but it will still use a 3rd party proxy server of some sort.
