I the static translation for single host but cant see how to do it for all internal users

Do you mean the users have port 8080 in the Proxy settings under the web browser?

OK. The ISA server does two things, it provides the firewall (which I understand you are replacing) however it is also being uses as a proxy server (hence the 8080 in the proxy config). AFAIK an ASA does not natively provide proxy services. You can either keep the ISA as a proxy only, put in a new proxy (like Squid), or remove the proxy all together. What Cisco does support is WCCP (http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/software/ios111/ca111/wccp.htm) but it will still use a 3rd party proxy server of some sort.
