CVP 4 - Audio Prompts are not completely heard by the caller before Hangup

We have two audio files, which we are trying to play in an application before we hangup the call. The audio files are not completely heard to the caller. The audio files are recorded in the right format (8Khz, 8bit, mono, mulaw). At times we are able to completely hear both the prompts. We also tried playing a 1s recorded pause after last audio item in that element, but didn't help us.

I have this problem too.

Sometimes things just seem to fall apart, especially at busy hour. Long pauses between prompts, failed agent transfers, disconnected calls and tons of error messages in the logs can often be the result of network latency, virus scanning or debugs turned up too high on some CVP box in the solution. These are the usual issues when there is an problem in the prompts.
