Any suggests on how to configure this, have any idea but just need to confirm. Currently have a T1 configured between the two sights.

Depends, do want it layer 2 or layer 3? Either way it's configured just like any other uplink between two switches. You will want to keep a couple of things in mind like STP and UDLD.
HTH and please rate.

I will be doing STP. would I set spanning-tree link-type point-to-point?

You can but it is not required.

Looks OK. Might want to hard set speed/duplex and enable UDLD (I don't remember if that shows up per interface or globally).
