IPCCX OS Upgrade Issue

Hello, this morning we upgraded the OS (Windows 2000) on our IPCCX 7835H server running CRS 4.0.05042.0.

We went from OS Image 2000.4.4a to 2000.4.5a and we are now experiencing strange network card issues. (note: before the upgrade, everything was working correctly).

Upon upgrading, we can no longer ping our voice VLAN (where the server resides and where our Call Managers live) and can only ping our data VLAN from the IPCCX box. This is causing the CRS service not to start.

From the CCMs we can ping the IPCCX and from devices on our data network, we can ping the IPCCX. We have tried stoping CSA on the IPCCX with no luck. Verified cabeling, switchport settings, and static IP settings...nothing has changed. Also made sure that the binding orders of the NIC's are correct, and they are.

This issue only has happened since the OS upgrade and it is very difficult to tell what hotfixes were installed.

Appreciate any help, ideas, things to try with this.

Regards and thanks in advance,

Nick

check the NIC binding and make sure that the servers can ping each Other by IP address and by name. -Is the antivirus and CSA idisabled?
