I am trying to add a new CTI route point in ccm 5.0.2 and it won't reg w/cm. I am not able to add any new CTI RP.
What is causing this? Phones are registering just fine.

I am trying to setup transfer directly to voice mail. I don't understand what application would tie to CTI?

For direct transfer to voicemail. Just create a RP, and create *XXXX (if you are using 4 digits) and forward all the calls to VM pilot.
That should do it.

yes, that is what I have done. The CTI RP won't register.....

As shankar & rob suggested, CTI RP in this one it wouldnt register.
CTI RP only registers with Mobility MAnagaer, IPMA & Attendant Console
