I also can't find CPU specific info, but here's a peformance matrix that infers performance differences.

Hi,
I asked this question exactly a number of months ago. Nobody could give me an exact answer. I Contacted our Cisco SEs and They told me that they
will not release the speed of the processor of the Cisco 2811. They say it is a proprietary architecture which is designed
exclusivley for the Cisco IOS (Operating System).
I needed this info for a tender quotation so i gave the answer below.
Cisco's lowest model router, the Cisco 800 Series, which is previous generation model
runs a 266 Mhz processor. The Cisco 800 series was release in 2001. Given moores law http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moore's_law
the current generation 800 series routers should have a CPU equivilant of 798Mhz. Bear in mind that this is for Cisco lowest Model.
The Cisco 2811 is an upper mid range Device and is most likley to have a much faster CPU.
