Callmanager 4.2 integration with Cistera 1.5

I have a CCM4.2 cluster with 1 publisher and 1 subscriber. I am using a Cistera Convergence Server to perform overhead paging and intercom through the IP phones. The problem I'm having is that the paging process would stop working after several days of operating fine. Once I restart the Database Layer Monitoring service and RIS Data Collector services within Callmanager, the paging will begin to operate without any problems. Have anyone come across this problem before? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
