CCME to External Gateway Example

I have a 2811 router running CCME/CUE along with another 2821 router that has a PRI circuit. I have my phones registered to the CCME and I can make calls between them but I am new to this and I was hoping someone would know of some examples of how to get my phones to use the PRI on the 2821.

On the router without PRI:

dial-peer voice 100 voip

destination-pattern 9T

session target ipv4:

dtmft-relay cisco-rtp

Calling 9 they will get to the other router. Of course choose a same digit for calling out.

What about on the router with the PRI, how do I route incoming calls to the phones?

You don't need anything on the terminating. Just configure an additional voip DP on the originating, with eg destination-patter 7... and using the same session target.
