Having read the managment-only command description. It appears that only mangement traffic to the ASA is allowed on this interface (ASDM,Telent,SSH). It can not be used for NTP, SNMP, or logging. Is that correct. Thanks

based on documentation the management-only interface will accept incoming traffic only. SNMP , NTP will not work as this will be outbound traffic.. you could convert the dedicated management0/0 port into a routed port by way of licensing for asa5510's and higher.
