Just configured one h323 gateway in CCM 4.23. I can ping the gw from server. But in the ip address field it shows nothing, usually it shows the ip address. This gw is only configured wih incoming dial-peer to receive call from ccm, not dial-peer/destination-pattern/session target pointing to ccm. will it be the reason? As we know H323 is not like mgcp which sends registration packet to ccm. So how does ccm get the ip address? My understanding was once I enter the gw in the CCM, it should auto pop the ip address right below the registration status. thanks
