CUE AA - New Prompt created will not respond to dialed digits

I am using CUE 2.3 along with the CUE Script Editor 2.3 in a 2821 CME router - 12.4(11)XW1

I created a new AA script and tested it using the the default welcome prompt. Everything works excactly how it should.

I then uploaded my own welcome prompt and now I cannot seem to get past the welcome message. All digits I enter get ignored. If I go back to the AAwelcome.wav prompt it works again.

I cannot understand this because I thought the prompt was mearly a wav file and had no bearing on the actual script process.

Any help would be appreciated....

Mt apologies - it was in fact working - however it was not responding to the digits until it finished with the wav file. Which brings me to my next issue. Through the editor I modified both the Menu and Prompt to allow interuptions - but it seems to want to finish the wav file still.

The welcome file I have created it quite long and I would like the ability to interupt...
