I have a VWIC-1MFT T1 configured for a 12 channel frac PRI. The controller increases in Slip and Errored Secs when ever I put the
network-clock-participate wic 2
in the config. I have pasted the confing below:
clock timezone MST -7
clock summer-time MST recurring
network-clock-participate wic 2
ip cef
isdn switch-type primary-ni

voice-card 0
no local-bypass

interface Serial0/2/0:23
no ip address
encapsulation ppp
isdn switch-type primary-ni
isdn incoming-voice voice
but I keep getting these errors.

Whenver I call the line it says that there are no available lines, please call back later... Telco carrier says everything looks fine on there end.

Hi,
for the slip issue, please configure:
network-clock-participate wic 2
network-clock-select T1 0/2/0 1
For the failed incoming calls, please take "debug isdn q931" with "term mon".

That has stopped the slip errors, what does that do? term mon hasn't helped me with the calls so I will have to do a console and see if it's dumping the debugs there. I do term mon first and then turn the debugs on and do term mon again just in case, but no luck still.
Thanks !

With ISR routers, you need use clock from a line for reference, and these commands let you do that.
If you don't see debu output, check "show logging". It's possible that someone has disable logging to terminal, in which case re-enable with "conf t" and "logging monitor". After that you should be able to see the debugs via telnet.
