Unable to make outbound calls using ISDN BRI

Hi guys, I am unable to make outbound calls using CME. I get a busy tone straight away. Inbound works fine. When I debug the error is bearer capabilty not implemented. Any help would be gratly appreciated

Can you post the output of "debug isdn q931' for both incoming and outgoing ?

Unrelated to the problme, if your isdn switch desactivates L1 & L2 on shrt timeout, please configure "isdn tei-negotiation preserve".

This will help speeding up calls.
