Difference between these two configurations

Hi All,

The interface configuration for B port at Switch Z seem to have some error when connect to the PC.

1) I would like to know what is the major faults in "B" for the configration compare to "A"

2) With "B" configuration, the PC doesn't grab an valid IP and cannot surf the internet. The problem only resolved when a re-boot is done to the switch. Does it related to "B" configuration?
