Hi Guys,
I have come accross the following error a couple of times when dealing with PA-MC-8E1/120) Port adaptors.
xx-RTR01(config)#controller E1 2/6
XX-RTR01(config-controller)# channel-group 0 unframed
%Insufficient HDLC resources to create channel group
I have been unable to find out what this error actually means however, my work around has been to unplug and plug back the port adaptor when I receive the error. It has been successfull most of the time.
Can someone please shed some light?
Thanks and appreciate your response

Which exact IOS are you using? This appears like a bug that may have been fixed at some point.

Hi,
As mentioned this can be a bug, if you upgrade to latest 12.4 that is (17) now, and still happening, you need to work with the TAC to be recreated and a bug filed as necessary.
