I am in the process of setting up Mobility Manager for a customer. We recieve caller ID on the desk phone but not on the cell phone..it simply shows Unknown Caller. I have created a Route Point that the documentation states will resolve this...but it doesn't...when looking @ the gw going out it appears as if the outgoing call to the cell phone hits dial-peer 0 ...I have added the dial-peer voice XXXX pots

Is this correct?...should this incoming called-number be one of my CTI ports?
I had the same problem with my CMM 1.2 install. If you allow Caller ID Override but have not defined a Caller ID override Number then the call comes across to your cell w/ no caller ID. Under System - System Parameters Configuraion - Cisco Mobility Settings: Enable Caller ID Override... this should be set to no. If it is set to yes, then define a Caller ID Override number in the box just below.
