"show ip accounting" will provide the Src IP, Destination IP , Packets, Bytes transferred.

Enable "ip accounting" on the interface, use ip accounting in interface config mode. To disable use "no" form to this command.

In addition, you can Use Netflow / MRTG monitoring Tool to verify the Bandwidth Used over the Link / CPU Load / CRC errors / Line Load on Interface, etc.,
