IVR in Unity Connection 1.2

I want to enable IVR system in Unity Connection 1.2 . We r using CallManager 5.1 and 2800 voice Gateway with E1 termination ,100 DID nos.

Main req. is to enable IVR , so that when a caller press a Key say "1" the call has to reroute to another call centre where calls handled, Other calls handle locally in the same network.

I didn't see any option to reroute calls to external number (say 23456790)

only extension or greetings are seen.

I have this problem too.

Hi Jerome,

You should be able to set an external number instead if an extension. Press 1 - Links to 9 (if 9 is your access #) plus 23456790.
