Incoming calls digits missing

Hello,

I'm using a Cisco Call Manager Express and I have a big problem for the incoming calls.

If the calling person is using a mobile or a analogic line the call arrives complete at the called ( f.e. 0544543612 ), while if the calling is using a BRI or PRI line the number arrives incomplete losting the last two digits ( f.e. 05445436 )

I attach the configuration.

Someone can help me ?

Tahnx in advance

Hi,

do you have DID on that line? can you confirm with "debug isdn q931" ?

You may find that is the opposite, call made from cellphone come 'complete' while calls from analog phone may come with the root number first, followed DID digits as 'INFO'.

Note, on your DP 1 you don't need any 'progress PI' nor 'direct-inward dial'.

Also note, with the numbering shcme we have in taly, is no more necessary to use a prefix of 0 to dial-out, I've eliminated that in all my installas, and users like that very much, because everything is simpler.

The problem is your dial-plan pattern under telephony services:

dialplan-pattern 1 05445436.. extension-length 3 extension-pattern 6..

Your voice-translation rule 3 takes care of this and is attached to the dial peer for your PRI.

Remove the above statement from Telephony-Service and then test. Should be fine.
