Hi
Do you want to create a l2l VPN between your 2 routers ie. MyrouterCisco1 and MyrouterCisco2 ??
If so do these routers have a public IP address on their outside interfaces ?. If they do you should be able to create a l2l VPN without talking to your ISP unless they are blocking traffic on their routers but most ISP's won't do this unless you specifically ask them to.

Hi
You need to talk to your ISP and ask if they can port forward
ESP (port 50)
ISAKMP UDP port 500
Nat-traversal - UDP port 4500
