Unity call handler message problem

Our Unity call handler messages play normally and then play a canned cisco message saying "sorry an operator is not available, please leave a message".

How can we stop this?

Is is possible that the call handler's after message action is to transfer to the Operator Call Handler? If so, then changing that setting to whatever is required for your needs may resolve this issue.
