DATABASE BACKUP USING TL1 through an OSI link

Is there a way to perform a database backup over OSI links through TL1 on the ONS 15454? The copy-rfile does not have an example with NSAP addresses or a FTTD format. I am running release 07.00-005L-19.20.

The Cisco ONS 15454 provides FTP database backup and restore download to ENEs when proxy/firewall is enabled. This feature allows you to provision a list of legal FTP hosts in CTC, that can be used with TL1 commands to perform database backup/restore or software download. And also TL1 users can then use the COPY-RFILE command to perform database backup/restore.

Link looks dead, i'm looking to do the same thing. Able to upload software updates but getting "SWDL Incompatible With RFILE-PKG Aid" error message when trying to download backup's of the database.

Did you ever find out how to do this?

I get the below error when I try to copy software from node to server. I need help with correct syntax. Server is directly connected to node via tcc card. See below for the tl1 command I used and the error respectively. Thanks for your help in advance.
