Hi, I have a problem with the Cisco Video Advantage, I have installed the aplication in the computers, and check the aplication, doing click in the Video Check, and I can see the remote and local video windows. The computer is connected to a 7960 Cisco IP Thelephony, and this is configured with Video Capacities. The phone show the camera icon in the display. The Call Manager is version 4.1. The problem is the following: When I call from some thelephonys , the Video Adventaje is up, but the remote windows desappier, so I only I can see the Local Video Windows. Which is the problem?. All thelepony ara succesfull registered in the call manager, all have the video capacities enabled, all computer have installed the Cisco Video Adventage.

enable the video for the phones (bring up the > phone in ccmadmin and scroll all the way to the bottom. look for

'video capabilities' and set it to enabled).
