High Utilization on MS TCP loopback interface?

Hi Experts,

I been receiving high utilization on my Cisco 3825 gateway (Version 12.3(11r)T2) on TCP loopback interface. Sometimes, it even reached 100%.

Can someone give me details about it? causes? workaround? couldn't find any in the net...tnx

If you can post the config as attachment it will be appreciated. Actually it's a must before we can even think of what the root cause may be.

Sorry to be misleading.

The high utilization occurs at the CM Pubs not on the the router.
