Association between aironet 1100 access point and 7921 IP Phone

Hi. I'm having problem with the integration of Cisco Aironet 1100 series Access Point and Cisco IP Phone 7921G. I already tried to follow the procedures written in the cisco docs but it did not work. However, when I tried to integrate the 7921G phone to a non-cisco access point, it worked.

The ios version of the access point is 12.3(8)JEB.

The firmware version of the IP Phone is cp7921g.mfg_1.0.4.loads.

BootloadID - bl_p203_6065e201

WLANDriverID - 5.0.0.96

WLANFirmwareID - 4.1.0.85

fyi, these items are fresh from the box.

Personal computers can connect to the AP.

What else can I do to make it work. I hope you can help me. Thanks.

The problem maybe caused by the lack of signal when going to far from the AP, You have to increase the power settings and set the two access points, in channel 1 and channel 11. I recommend you to try using the phone close to the AP, and then start walking away from it, and find when the problem starts.
