CME Alerting Name Display

I'm not seeing where to enable Alerting Name Display for CME when called from a CM phone via an H.225-GK Trunk. CME IOS verion is 12.4(5c) [CME 3.3].

The Alerting Name Display works when CME calls CM, but not when CM calls CME. I see a difference in the Call Proceeding that comes from the CME that may be the problem. I don't see a "Data" information field that is there when from CM. I tried several things to remedy, but none of these worked:

(config-dial-peer)#signaling update from ...

(conf-voi-serv)#supplementary-service h225-notify cid-update

(config-dial-peer)#progress_ind

(conf-serv-h323)#telephony-service ccm-compatible

(config)#voice call send-alert

Here is the Call Progress from the CCM:

Try enabling display IE in the gateway configuration in CCM
