continous boot on cisco 2621 router

i have 2621 and all of sudden it will not load the ios. it will continue to boot in a loop with this message below..

*** System received a Bus Error exception ***

signal= 0xa, code= 0x200, context= 0x80997c98

PC = 0x800238e8, Vector = 0x200, SP = 0x809d2460

importantly, the light on fastenthernet port f0/0 continues to stay green..pls help

i followed the troubleshooting steps on the cisco website. is it possible to replace the chassis on the 2621..that is the only troubleshooting i didn't do..
