Dear Sirs.
I'm trying to configure two 1242AG access points in order that they operate in bridge mode.
I set the role of my first AP as Root bridge, when I set the role of the second to non-Root bridge. After this I see that 802.11g interface of the second AP is down, however, I also see that it is enabled. Therefore, APs are not bridging.
Please advise.

First thing to try is to remove all security and see if the non-root bridge will then associate. If so, rebuild the security and test again.
Are there any errors logged on either bridge?
The radio on the non-root will be down until it associates with the root.

Removed the security, set SSID used for bridging to Infrastructure SSID and everything begin to work (then implemented WPA-PSK security to bridge link - works OK).
