This is what I have, I have a 5510 with one outside interface and 2 inside interfaces of the same security level.

One of the inside networks has public IP address's the other inside interface has private ip address's.

The inside interface with private IP address has NAT set up to translate to the outside.

the Question:

I need the other inside interface ( with Public IP address) to be able to talk to the other Inside interface ( Private IP address)

Any advice woull help.

Thanks

There is a way to permit traffic b/w interfaces with the same security level. I can't recall the exact command but it might be one of the sysopt functions. It is either that or an interface subcommand. Basically, the command is something to the affect of permit traffic same security-level.

AHHHH... The exact command is: same-security-traffic permit inter-interface
